Torque sensors

I've read that teams get their estimated horsepower by using torque sensors and an equation that equates torque to horsepower. Who makes these sensors? I think there is a port on a RacePak for gatehring this information, so they don't need an extra data logger.

A friend of mine in the know says the commercially available sensors would be torn apart, so I assume the ones on fuel cars are custom made.
