I am pretty sure you can't react to a light that is .200 red, the best a driver can react to is around .3 (PSB has a .3 or .35 light, due to LEDs),

Hense drivers putting in around 2-5 in the box on a pro stree in the super classes.

So that being said Nobiles .006 red had nothing to do with what happened to the tree in KJ's lane
