Ya'll need to STFU about where your tax dollars go if you support the criminal and those who benefited from his illegal gains. Those who benefited should have lost everything given to them. If I bought a stolen car, and got caught with it, do you think the cops would let me keep it if I play stupid like the people Evan Knoll did? Yeah, I didn't think so either.
I didn't make this political, but I will be goddamned if a bunch of rednecks will attack the President and Secretary of State of this Nation without standing up for them. And yes, I witnessed the same out of the ones that supported us sending 4000 to slaughter over oil and no WMD's. But they (and I) had reason. And I had to take shit for it. And, in the end, popular opinion was on my side.
So, NOW, this post will get moved to politics (where they won't let me post and reply to the inevitable personal attacks) were nobody can discuss Evan Knoll and why nobody trusts drag racers any more. Hide this Mods, because that is what ya'll do.

I went to school with the Moon family. His business was right down the street from my high school and I bought lots of stuff from him. His daughter, Bright Moon, was right behind me in school. Dean's biggest complaint, just like my friend George Striegle with his Clay Smith Cams trademark "Mr. Horsepower" cigar smoking woodpecker, is a-holes like you stealing their registered trademarks.

You look sad and stupid with your argument about a profile picture when you took cash to go racing from a convicted tax cheat. If Moon Equipment had a major problem with my pic, they would probably have told me so when I order stuff from them and they sent me decals. In fact, they actually chuckle when I give them my name when I order stuff.
But it is sorta creepy that you searched to find me, a nobody on facebook. I have never been stalked by a superstar racer who went overseas till now. I guess I should be honored. Or weirded out. Not sure which.

I asked Greg Moon a simple question a few months ago after he accused me of stealing money from the government time after time in order to race my car (except I was already racing). He also said I was defending Knoll here after it was discovered where the money came from. Keep in mind, IHRA, NHRA, DSR, Gary Densham, ESPN, Melanie Troxel, etc., etc., etc. and....etc. all were sponsored by Knoll, and Knoll ran a scam on the fed gov that the fed gov even thought was legit. Moon said the IRS was going to come down on everyone and ruin them, throw them in jail where they belong, that all the teams knowingly stole from the government, and all kinds of crap over and over.
Here's what I asked Greg Moon several months ago and never got an answer, paraphrased:
Back then you were posting your BS over and over again as if you were some sort of expert about how the IRS was going to destroy everyone who was sponsored by Knoll because they knew they were getting money stolen from the taxpayers. You said everyone that was sponsored by him was going to get audited, fined, imprisoned, etc. Mind telling us how that worked out? I can tell you. The money was legitimately reported to the IRS as operating income by the teams just like any other sponsorship funding would be. Taxes were paid on that money just like they were supposed to. Many people were employed by the race teams with that money. They paid taxes on it, too. Then Knoll got busted. When the truth was known, no one took any more money from him. The end.
Many people got burnt, especially the taxpayers. But nothing you spouted as truth ever came true.
The racers are taxpayers, too. So it was everyone's money that was used, not just Greg's. But I never got a response from Moon.
And now, 8 years after Knoll's fall from grace, Greg Moon is still posting about "one who races, or raced a Torco TAFC that posts here" in hopes of chasing me off like he has others. Since he knows all about me and the fact that I've also raced overseas (And he calls ME a stalker. LOL.) I decided it was only fair to find out more about him, and try to determine the source of his anger. And in the process I find out he's a thief and a liar.
So, at some point he changes his facebook profile picture. But I'm sure he'll claim he did it 2 months ago, except that I saw the Moon trademark there two months ago, but back then I let it go.
In his rant in his last post he calls me a "douche knuckle" (whatever that is. I'm sure it meant something in the third grade). Then I'm a "dickhead". My wife read that and wanted to know if Nitromater had a minimum age requirement before allowing people to post here. She guessed Gregory to be somewhere between 9 and 11 years of age. Not sure about age, but I said they do have rules about obscene name calling as this is a family web site, and it could get him banned, I suppose. We can only hope.

Looks like I can't comment any more on anything he disagrees with on Nitromater because Greg Moon has the goods on me and promises to "bust (my) ass." I looked at all my posts here and I don't recall mentioning "Obama" or "my taxes" either. Go figure.
As far as respecting me as a racer, guys like Garlits, Shoe, Force, Kalitta, Prudhomme, etc. deserve respect. I'm just a guy who wanted to race a car and had a lot of fun doing it. And that and a dime won't get me a cup of coffee.
