Tasca staying in Ford

The TASCA family has a long history with Ford including being a Ford dealer. Ford is only one of eleven brands they carry. To turn their back on the TASCA family would have been a slap in the face. I'm sure Ford will be involved with TASCA Racing as long as the TASCA'S want to race.

I read it on CompPlus first, but found it interesting that I also found an article about it on the Ford Racing website. Perhaps they aren't as "out" of NHRA Pro racing as previously announced.
I'd be interested to see how "out" they really are... Especially with the 2015 Cobra being the Stock beast that it is- AND available from your local Ford dealer...

They have had changes in leaders here recently so hopefully they are going to stay with JFR also

Tasca is going to stay with Ford becasue he already has bodies. If you don't have a new deal, makes no sense to buy 3-4 of something else when you already have them.

Bingo, for what it would cost to buy new bodies he's right to stick with the Mustang. Also he's a Ford dealer so it makes sense to stay with the Mustang.

Especially since they paid for R&D of the Shelby bodies they use. Built by a power boat manufacturer in Bristol, RI. This is not the typical body manufacturer used by most teams.
