I wonder how long before the obvious occurs.
No Dragstrip no CMS.
Seems the definition of Complex should mean just that!
If the area is aloud to grow then it's only a matter of time till the noise hits the fan anyway.

First limited use, then noise abatement , then mufflers only.

Larry... in the past they have had limitations on some activities over the year.. but they have gone away.. even the local leaders and businiess don't want that place to go away.. and i realy dout they will fight to hard... but they will fight..

i just talked to a buddy of mine .. and he said he believes its more of a case of the comunity leaders being involved in new ventures.. so they can be prepared for the type of areguements to come... plus if Smith and his group follow proper procedure.. all resistance is futile...

And David.. don't knock Richmond County ...lol.. thye are a great example of what a Comunity Should NOT do where National level motorsports facilities are concerned...lol....
