After dancing with the class records in P/S, the fuel cars drop off a little.

all the 6 second bike runs WOW!!!!!

is it always only 8 into the new performance clubs, I thought it was 16?

Bump is now a 6.64

Not only did KJ hit the net, and whack a camera, he ripped out one of the anchor poles for the net. Down for repairs to the track.

How much damage did it do to the car? They don't carry around extra front clip do they?

His chutes never deployed. From the sound of it, he had it turned sideways. There is some damage, Bob said that the door appeared jammed.
 
Ah yes, but the T/F/FC 5 & 4 second clubs PRO 6 sec/200 MPH clubs were all 16 spots. I think the TA 5 second clubs were 16 spots as well

Alan says that Kurt is fine and the car's OK. The chutes didn't deploy until the car was pretty much at a stand still. He says Kurt had no problem making weight with about 40 extra pounds of rocks and dirt.

The carbon fibre nose and one of the rocker panels are banged up, and will need repair. They are getting help from a couple of the funny car crews with that. You'll see some "missing teeth" when you watch the qualifying show this weekend.
