Ain't NO Castrol in that yellow car! That thing runs on Red Line Oil! All in all a pretty good day for the Kalitta funny car. Now, I guess you have to deal with tailgaters even on the racetrack?? That Toyota Tangle was kind of scary. Jim's explosion was scarily reminicent of Scott's.

that was the loudest boomer I've ever heard. I was in section one of the VIP stands right next to the tower and shot both cars about two hundred feet out, then saw the boom and pulled my camera up and shot twice....got the big chunk of body well up in the air and then again just before it landed. Nothing special but it's kinda cool and of course I can't post it, right?

I will bet a lot of them have Red Line in them regardless of what it says on the side of the car.
