Our sport has lost another legend - Rest In Peace my friend - thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. I grew up watching the famous Farkonas-Coil-Minick Chi-Town Hustler Funny Car now two of the three have passed. GOD BLESS and thanks for the memories. Until we meet again.

Prayers out to family and friends. The drag racing scene in heaven seems to be larger than we'd like to let go from here.

Really sad to hear that, one of my favorites in Funny Car

Condolences to Mike, Wayne and the family. Pat was the best. I watched the car run every chance I got. It was always great. Rock hard tires, narrow oil and gravel tracks, the Chi Town boys always put on a great show and usually took home the most cash. This is very sad. Prayers.

Mike, sorry to learn of your grampa's passing. :( My condolences to you and your family.

Wow, so sorry to hear. R.I.P. Prayers for the family. A Chi-Town Hustler vs. the Ramchargers match race in 1969 was my first Funny Car experience, and it's forever etched in my memory.
