I am trying to get in touch with Ray Alley. I own a 1965 Dodge 426 hemi A990 factory lightweight car he once owned. It was sold originally at Grand Spaulding Dodge in Chicago in the summer of 1965.
If anyone has any way to contact him for me I would be appreciative. I am gathering info on the ownership. The car set the AHRA record in October of 1966 in AF/X and the guys that ran it bought the car from Ray. Thanks to any contact info.

Just a shot in the dark, but try contacting Phil Burgess at NHRA. I am sure he at least knows somebody who knows somebody.

Thanks for the the tip, I contacted Phil Burgess, he was kind enough to get in touch with Kenny Bernstein and he contacted Ray. Ray did call and he confirmed he had owned the car I have restored. He even asked his son to forward me a couple of photos of the car at Irwindale in 1965.
