Sat next to Anderson on a flight recently and his estimate to have a serious running car was @ least 750k for the first year, and a little less the next. His motto was due everything right the first time or find a cheaper hobby, and w/ blown alcohol or fuel you should never ask the cost. He felt that would get you in the top 5 in regards to a real contender.
