I agree with everyone that says almost all Camaros make for a boring show. I don't care what aftermarket engine is under the hood anymore, that ship has sailed. Ford or Dodge aren't going to invest in an engine program it seems, and the Dodge engines have some handicap, either rpm limit or fuel depending who you talk to. That makes the GM based engine the only viable powerplant. I say GM Based, because there is not a Single GM part on a pro-Stocker or even on my Big Block pro-street engines. I have Dart blocks and heads ,Diamond pistons, Jesel , Manley ,ect. I would rather see Mustang bodies, Challenger bodies heck maybe a Supra even. Remember, we are trying to appeal somewhat to the masses, lets not get hung up on a particular manufacturers engine pattern, which is loosely interpreted anyway. We basically have a spec. engine, so be it, lets just not have a spec. body if other body styles can be tweaked or heck, even given a few pounds to be competitive. When even us diehards bemaoan all Camaros, we may have a problem. Isn't this supposed to be entertaining ? Ford vs. Chevy vs. Dodge is. Big kudos to the Cuadra's and Richard Freeman for the Mustangs !
