Saute onions and celery in the butter until tender - medium heat
Thoroughly combine with remaining ingredients
Bake in a 1 qt dish at 350 for 45 mins - golden brown top
 
another great recipe that uses the potato filling is: Filled noodle

Make pot-pie dough..

Roll out 6" round pieces and add the potato filling (you dont have to bake it to use) to the dough.
Pinch the end shut (looks like a pierogie)
Add to boiling water and cook until dough is tender

When finished you can either eat them just like that...or put butter on them..or roll them in bread crumbs and fry in skillet...eat with butter or gravy.
