thank you very much paul - outstanding.

nostalgia racing every bit as exciting to me
as present nitro competition......and most notably the
FC's look waaaaay better.

starting to formulate opinion why most nat. events don't
have nostalgia FC's making passes (other than time of course)
.........it's a better show

I wouldn't disagree Mike.

Love the videos too Paul!

Paul, so we dont get together another time is just a good reason to go again.:D

I just felt sorry for that poor groom(LOL):);)

Great photos. Man it was the next best thing to being there. Thanks a bunch for sharing them.

Rapid

so in a sense the sport is actually coming back to some of these guys.
take for example dale pulde - the guy still gets to play with the same FC he drove 30
years ago and at a fraction of the cost of the touring nhra guys.
he gets the last laugh indeed! may we all be so blessed later in life.
what other well known names from the past will emerge in these ranks?

i mean, holy sh*t!, just watchin' these videos brings me back
30 years instantly! i really need to get my 14 yr. old son to one
of these events soon.

Outstanding PF Flyer....

me thinks that's KB standing with Viper... and your right MM, uncle Austin sure was skinny way back when... guess living on PBJ's can do that for you....

d'kid
Stuck in Lodi again...

Thanks for sharing Paul! With the way things are right now, I probably won't make it to next year's March Meet; maybe I can get to the CHRR next October though, I've never been to the CHRR yet. 16 car Nostalgia Nitro Funny Car field in Chandler, Arizona on Saturday Oct 25; Del Worsham in the Blue Max and Cruz Pedregon driving the Power's Steel Camaro; maybe you should head out this way for a change. :D:p

Hi Paul,
Geat pics! There's even one of my ol Thunderbolt on the third page (burgandy one) Are you coming to Vegas? The car will be on display by the front gate. We are racing PSCA this weekend. BK

thx Chris.

Hey Kevin. If Vegas2 wasn't so close I would go to Phoenix. Never been there, but have a cousin who lives there. I could go visit him and go to the drags. I'll go one day.

Vic, sorry,:( I don't have anything. I did see the car run. Loved it!
It's got the stack injectors(no blower) right?

And a couple more... there were six TBolts and TBolt-ish Fairlanes.

I see we are limited to 4 pix per post so here's more.

Miss Pick Your Part. Cleaned up from her day job of pulling transmissions out of junked cars in the mud no doubt. I missed seeing her in the cackle car as I was "stuck" in the Smokers tower hanging out with Isky and them.
