Nitro testing next month in Florida (1 Viewer)

If they want a big race then they would need to drain the swamp on the sides of the track and fill it.

Sam, never been there, but pictures on they're web sight shows a complete make over including concrete drag strip. If there are swamps they would have to take them out, don't like snakes and gators.
 
It just seems like too many pre-season events for any of them to be profitable. I have been to all of the pre-season testing here in Vegas, and if there is ever 500 paid in the stands I will eat my hat. A couple of years ago, Pontiac sponsored the Pro Stock SuperBowl in Vegas and gace away free hats to the first 2,000 spectators ... let's just say they had lots of hats leftover. Attendance is a little better at Phoenix, but not by much. I can't imagine how Houston and Palm Beach are expecting to draw cars, let alone spectators.
