Nitro in top T/A (1 Viewer)

Yeah, Mick Steele. He was No. 1 qualifier in TAFC.
Thanks Tony, would be nice if coverage would cover that for those of us that can’t be there in person, have you heard anything about the blown nitro combo in TAFC, would like to know your thoughts on that too, 👍

You must have missed this 4-page thread talking about it. BTW, Mick still runs injected nitro. Nobody ran blown nitro at Indy.

Did not see anything on drag central if anyone was running either combo at Indy, would like to see what combo’s are being ran at the track at current races as they are being run in both TAFC and TA DRAGSTERS

Mick Steele is the only active injected nitro TAFC and Jake Slater is the only blown nitro TAFC. This weekend the only blown TAD’s were Cowie, Guittierez, Blintzler and Greco.

Thanks for the info👍😎, was it Sean that ran injected nitro in TAFC earlier this year

and j. severance made haul to brainerd, but did not compete at indy
They talked about Joey not running Indy. The announcers said he “never” runs Indy. I’m guessing in the chase for the championship, Indy is a tough place to claim points. Also heard that Brian Hough is out with some type of injury. Maybe he will be back by the end of the season. Also that Jamie Noonan is going blower racing. I’m guessing he is stepping up to Top Fuel and not a blown alky combination. They were intentionally vague in the comments. While he runs for the Samsels, the car Richie Crampton won in is owned by Jamie Noonan and tuned by the Samsel’s.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I’m currently dealing with an injury right now. It’s been a tough moment, but I’m focused on healing and taking the time I need to recover properly so I can come back stronger.
I truly appreciate all the love, messages, and support from everyone—it means more than I can put into words. Your encouragement keeps me going every day.
Recovery is the priority right now, but I’m staying positive and doing everything I can to get back out there as soon as possible. I miss doing what I love and I can’t wait to return.
Thank you all again for sticking with me through this. I’ll be back soon.
💪

Brian

3-week checkup update

Stitches are out and the casts are finally off!
🙌
That’s a big step forward, but it’s definitely not the end of this journey. Healing from fractured heels is going to be a long, hard recovery, and there’s still a lot of work ahead.
Taking it one day at a time, trying to stay patient is hard, and celebrating the little victories. Thank you to everyone who has checked in, prayed, encouraged me, and supported me through this.
Here’s to healing, progress, and eventually getting back on my feet!

A heel fracture takes a long time to completely heal.
My brother fractured his heel two months ago. He still isn’t healed up and deals with near-constant pain.
He’s been in PT for about three weeks so far.

Noonan is staying in TAD, from what I’m aware of. They are working on new parts for the category. 😉
