StarLink
High Speed Internet
Available AnyWhere On Earth
Now $349

Mike Dunn and Jamie Howe will be a great team.
How does somebody watch Flo Racing? I'm guessing it will be streamed.
I've got an early Christmas present due tomorrow; fiber optic internet is supposed to be installed inside my house! It has already been routed to a box on the back of my house.
Right now I have AT&T cellular internet, because that was the only thing available. Streaming anything live has been a real pain. The buffering is brutal.
It's been tough trying to watch Razorback basketball games.

Here you go. Get ready to open your wallet.
If your fiber optics works out, you're gonna be online all day and your wife will yell at you for not getting anything done around the house.

Ted, from my experience with AT&T you'll think you've gone from String & Tin Cans to modern day technology. LOL

We went from cell tower internet to musk satellite and it’s been great, we still don’t have access to fiber optics but are very happy with what we have, it’s close👀😎

Fiber is awesome but it depends on the package that you purchase speedwise. S/E PA. Verizon has had it for a long time but Comcast and many others are still using cable to feed their customers. I've also read that they can actually provide services through your powerlines with frequencies. Musk is a genius because you don't see the big cable providers taking advantage of the technology to provide services to the people where cable is not available. Hughes provides internet through satellite also but their technology is so far out of date, it sucks. They charge big bucks for $hitty download speeds.

I signed up for their 500 Mbps service. One gig is available. I’m going to see how the 500 goes. I can always upgrade to the 1 gig service.

Edit: I'm online with fiber. I just did a speed check. 402.8 mbps down, 305.7 mbps up.
The best I ever got with the AT&T was 76.7 mbps down, 23.1 mbps up.

400mbps download speed is really good and you wont have any buffering issues steaming unless it is on their end. 1 Gig is technically overkill unless you do a lot of large file downloading.

Comcast is *supposedly* testing out service that will provide symmetrical download and upload speeds. FINALLY.

Now, If only FL repealed the law that banned cities from offering their own internet service, that would be great.

Because I know nothing about the speed number I did a test this morning and I have 120.0 mbps download and 20.1 mbps upload. T-Mobile wireless internet because spectrum and frontier are just horrible in my area............

Finally is right!

I get 1200 down (1.2 gig down) and only 20 up with Comcast. lol. And that is only because they recently raised the upload speed from 5 to 20 because AT&T just installed fiber in my front yard. Comcast is scarred I will cancel my internet service with them..... And they should be. 20 up? lolol. I can get 1000/1000 (1gig up / 1gig down) for roughly the same price (or even a bit cheaper) from AT&T fiber.

I paid for a 1 month Flo subscription for last year’s PRO event and I thought it was worth it. However, I was a little discouraged that Flo also aired a fair majority of the live event for free on their YouTube channel. I'm sure they use that as advertising to get people to buy their service..... but it made me wonder if the 40 bucks was worth it.

I did not have any trouble canceling my monthly Flo subscription. I know several people here on this site were concerned about that.... and I don't blame them. You never know how slimy these online companies can be. Like SiriusXM, they're the worst! In fact, if I'm not mistaken they were sued for being almost impossible to cancel their service.... They lost their case and they STILL make it extremely difficult to cancel.
