New Qualifying Format for the Mission Foods Pros (1 Viewer)

Isn't that just the IHRA events now? Except they do Friday/Saturday, not Saturday/Sunday (though a lot of the events dragged into Sunday anyway because their schedule was too ambitious...)
yes it is. it could be an option for nhra going forward (like virginia), based on agreement of racers, nhra, and track owner.

We used to do E-Town only Saturday Sunday and then 1994 we missed the first 6-second PS run and 1995 we missed the quickest run ever by Larry Dixon (4.660), so from 1996 on we did all 3 days. Of course, until 1995, there were 2 night sessions there both Friday AND Saturday.
Now when we go to a national event we at least go on Saturday and Sunday!

I believe the IHRA had only 1 Sunday race day due to the dew was setting in, no other reason

yes and the first event at National Trail should of been finished on Sunday but they really pushed the curfew, I listened to them well past midnight. I am guessing they got a warning about it. They did run some lower classes on Sunday also.
