Interesting, I'm interested in hearing the response to the lawsuit from XAI and CTC. I was expecting to hear something by now.

If it's out there I haven't seen it.

Good read. Made me wonder if the actions Darana Hybrid has filed are for itself only, itself and subcontractors, or subcontractors only. Also I wonder if any subcontractors have filed actions of their own against Darana, SpaceX, or both?

This might drag out for two or three years.
