Massey returning to DSR??? That's what sources say.

None of it really concerns me, its just a fun read, that I know or have known all the players personaly, exept Massey, I will say this I wouldn't walk across the street to see Him.

......I will say this I wouldn't walk across the street to see Him.

I'm with you on that Larry!! You can bet that whoever is in the other lane will be the car that I'm pulling for!

Now if we could just get Massey to try and poach Bob Vandergriff's sponsor........LOL!

“I committed last summer to running this team in 2013 after Honeywell sold the FRAM/Prestone business to an investor and the decision of the new owner was to eliminate motorsports sponsorship,” Schumacher said. “I committed to run that car in 2013, and will do what I committed to doing. And I want to keep that team together because it has contended for the championship down to the last two races the past two years”
~Don Schumacher~

Then why was he terminated at season's end Don? If your plan all along was to fund the team and keep it together, then why fire your driver?

And what position does this put you in now that you've had to backtrack and rehire this guy? Sheet, he's got a free pass to live it up out there now. Good luck with morale in that group...

This scenario reminds me of that famous "You can't handle the truth" line from A Few Good Men

he will if tehre arent any fans lol.

Exactly....take a look at Facebook if you want to see the disgust with this decision!

I understand that business is business and money is money, but you have to admit that this was a disappointment following DSR's abrupt announcement of Massey's dismissal.

Never rooted for Massey before due to his closeness with a certain Texas Businessman.
The comments were sad, Don bringing him back is even more surprising.

Between his friend and now him, there are too many question to have them around a team. The kind of things that blow up in an organization's face real bad.

JR Van Osten everyone seemed to miss it, but I got it

We might not all agree with the re-hiring of Spencer, but you have to wait and see how it plays out before bashing him. Nobody knows what has gone on behind closed doors at DSR and you don't know what Spencer has done to get himself some help after what went down. Don doesn't get to where he is in life by making too many bad decisions, so I have to give him the benefit of the doubt on this one.

I hope you guys don't get a nosebleed way up there on Mt. Pious.

I never liked the guy in the first place, as I said I don't know him but what I have seen of him I just don't like, Shoe hiring him back isn't going to change that. It is aparent he is the right guy for the job.

Never the less its not my problem.

I sure hope Gene Snow has nothing to do with this.

I know I have seen the rumor around, but I can't think Don would be despirate enough to fund that car with money from a child molester.

Add me to the long list of people that wanted TJ jr to get that ride.

TJ has resigned his position at DSR. He did everything asked of him in terms of testing cars, passing knowledge to crews and drivers on raceday about track conditions and more. At least someone in that camp had some integrity.
