It was one of the Last Professional Dragster Association events ever, circa 1978. The track was Orange County International Raceway. It was a 32-car Top Fuel field. My favorite starter Larry Sutton won the show in the Roberts-Richardson-Meadows "Circuit Breaker." He beat surprise finalist Ken Moitoza in the final of the 5-round grind. It was a wild race that day at the County. Gosh that was good stuff.

You're big into the OCIR and Lions Nostalgia thing. Do you think there's any way to put together a list of all the big races held at OCIR, and who won and runner up'd at them? Any idea if such a list exists?
