This is one of my favorite charities not only because the take donations in the forms of time, money, effort or materials, but also because the people on the receiving end also have to put in time, effort and will pay the mortgage (even if a reduced one) over the long run. I've been fortunate in this lifetime to not need to be on the receiving end and to be able to help with several projects and look forward to others in the future. Kudos' to everyone who does the same.
