Sad truth is it costs a fortune to run one of these cars, and unless you can bring wheelbarrows full of money you can't play anymore---regardless of how good you drive.
 
As a big fan of Larry's, I of course want to see him in a ride. But, if it never happens again, he's had a career that racers dream about. Championships, Indy wins, driving for the very biggest names in the sport, and, survived some of the most brutal crashes we've seen. Cool thing about Larry, is he just wants to stay involved in any capacity, even if it isn't as a driver.
 
would be cool to see larry hook up with mike kloeber again......i.e. 1989 w/snake :cool:

What is Mike Kloeber doing these days? He had that tremendous run with Clay Millican in the IHRA, and he developed that mono-strut car that never caught on but he has been pretty silent lately.
 
He had been tuning Sidnei Frigo at one point, I think that's the last time I heard his name out there. Sidnei has since parked his TF car and is running Pro Mod.
