Cities have lawns. Made a lot of money as a kid and bought my first hot rod.;)
Brian, you hit on exactly what I was saying. The stuffed shirt in the city doesn't do his lawn he pays someone else to do it. I also was a kid that cut grass and shoveled snow. But that was for the older people that couldn't do it anymore. Today nobody can cut grass, change oil, or wash their cars, then bitch about spending money.

Well, cities also have apartments and condos and townhomes, which have no grass to mow - and aren't inhabited by stuffed shirts either.

I do believe Mr. Ashley said he "hadn't been on a lawn mower" which, to me, suggests he push mowed and didn't have a rider.

The last time I was in New Jersey, it looked as those know one owned a mower of any type or weed control.

I once brought a jackass and a honeycomb into a brothel, and I was quickly escorted off the premises. My, how times have changed.

have always thought hustler zero turns should jump on board with the DK kalitta TF'r, even if for just
one race. i've wondered if scag doesn't have a no-compete clause with the nhra, as the official power equipment supplier?

I am guessing they do as some of the past have. I wonder about that decision as it eliminates some possible sponsors that might come aboard just to advertise against them which is good for the sport.

Exclucivity is only for the Title Rights Sponsor. Mission Foods.

Any other power equipment company would be welcome on the side of a car. This has been covered before.
Toyota is NHRA's "Official Car". that doesn't stop Ford, Chevy or Dodge from being there.
Cornwell is the "Official Tools" And MAC, MATCO, SNAP-ON, CARLYLE and others all have a major presence.

I actually didn't have a rider until I left the city suburbs and moved to the country. My paternal grandmother a widow had a reel push mower and I was the engine! My maternal grandfather had a fairly new self propelled Toro.
