Joey Severance

Congrats to Joey Severance. He is the 2018 T/AD Champ. Also won the race. I think he really has the combination for that track. He wins about every time he races there.

I’m happy for the Severance team as well but I was pullin for Cowie after all he went through a few years ago.

Yeah I was pulling for Cowie too. But he did good this year, ran numbers as quick as Severance. Those two are the best T/AD in the country, and that's not to put down anyone. Whenever you see Cowie & Severance race, that is worth the price of admission! OK Cowie, next year you can do a Steve Torrence.

Another dominating performance by a blown alcohol dragster.

• 4 National Event Wins, 2 R/U (7 best races count)
• 2 Regional wins, 1 R/U (3 best races count)

They both attended the same number of races Nationally and Regionally. Joey won the title on the National event level as Shawn had a perfect Regional tally of 3 wins. I believe Joey still has a shot at the Western Region also. Tie breakers may play into that.

Joey runs our home track and is about as nice and laid back as anyone out there maybe even more so.
