I haven't heard anything about Robert's condition but I hope he can returnAre you that confident in Robert coming back? Unless I've missed it, he hasn't been seen at an event all year, even when Autumn is running. Would love to see him back, he's a helluva driver.

LOLDo you mean like the throttle cable falling off ??
IMO it would be crazy to move Austin out of that car and into the Peak car, there's a chemistry there that doesn't come around too often. And after all, they're all John's cars. I know Jordan made some hits in a Force FC this summer, but I don't believe he's licensed yet. Plenty of time for that to happen before the new season starts though.Nunzio - Well no, I'm not completely confident Robert will be back. Just hopeful. I think you're right in that he supposedly hasn't been seen at a race all year, unlike say Mike Salinas who has been to a few since his big surgery. We read that Robert had a hand in arranging for Jack to replace John, so it sounds like Robert is at least working some. I'm just assuming that when you are treated for a disease for a full year, that hopefully they have gotten a handle on it and he can return to racing by next March. If not, then that opens up a discussion for who would replace Robert if Austin goes to John's car. Would they bring Jack back full-time? Or go with a "Next Gen" driver, like Jorden Vandergriff?
Rember that Clay had something similar happen at Norwalk a yr. or two ago, and he tagged Auston to fill in for the race.It never occurred to me that Jack might not be back next week. Admittedly don’t know the situation but it sounded to me like a condition that would last a day or so and he, being the ultimate professional, took the conservative route and bowed out for the day. So hope all is well with him but I’m stunned that there’s discussion on the board about him not continuing and what to do about replacement. Did I miss something?

good memory harry, forgot about that.Rember that Clay had something similar happen at Norwalk a yr. or two ago, and he tagged Auston to fill in for the race.
Having suffered from bouts of vertigo in recent years, there is no way he could have even walked around his hotel room. You can not do anything but lay there in a cool and dark room because everything is spinning and you lose all focus and balance.Jack texted me a little while ago and yes he will be at Vegas. He also said what he went through with the vertigo and there was no way he could have driven a race car that day. it must have been HELL.

Prock did tune Force for part of one season years ago but went back to Robert the next year. They'll figure it out. I would think Jimmy Prock would have a say in it.If John no longer drives there is no reason that they couldn't put a PEAK body on Austin's car and keep that team together. If Robert races he gets the AAA car he had with the crew that was the At one time Force swapped chiefs around and Prock tuned Force for part of a year.
