IHRA Virginia (2 Viewers)

....... our indexes are 0.300 slower than NHRA
i don't understand where there is any advantage to having slower indexes than the nhra.
why not just leave the same? seems like an easy solution so everyone can run both series as easily as possible with matching numbers.
does ihra implement any sort of teardown beyond their tech procedure?
two cars ran darn near -1.50 under their nhra indexes.

I’m not sure why, but IHRA has always been .3 slower. It’s just a numbers thing, in the end.

This is considered mineshaft conditions, so even at NHRA AHFS would not be in effect. Mineshaft is determined when half plus one of the field is .80 (NHRA) under or more. In our case, 1.10 under. 21 of 35 stockers went more than 1.10 under, and 18 of 34 Super Stock.

Yikes, where are the fans? I think there's more people standing on the starting line than what is in the stands. On a side note, they just said that Jasmine is sick and won't be driving. I think they said Jon Capps is driving.
