I wouldn’t expect to see more than a few part time nitro teams ever showing up for these.

than a nonQ or E1 loser in the nhra ...... some sportsman racers are wondering what their part of these races is going to look like.

The IHRA will be prominently displayed throughout the Cincinnati Bengals game tomorrow. Big announcement January 2nd naming the 3 Nitro Jam locations.

I don't think that's going to bring the fan's through the gate to watch someone pay $10,000 and make
one 1/8th mile pass. It would be more bitchin if Larry went back to a one seat car and drove and win a

You must have never watched the videos when the rider gets out. I've ridden,2 times and I think about it every day. IHRA tracks is where it can run . There are those that would appreciate it. The friends I made I still talk to at NHRA races, and all around great time that day in Memphis .Clay Milican was there also.

From what I've been told by people who are close to the situation, the wait is definitely going to be worth it. Let's keep our fingers crossed. Even if I'm wrong we have nothing to lose.

I'm guessing the next step is to buy/merge with the WDRA. That gives them access to Maryland, Empire, Martin and some of the other track capable of handling a National Event.

There was some good discussion on Comp Plus Power Hour regarding IHRA on Tuesday. Right around the 45 minute mark.

I’m guessing that Dragway 42 will be first on the list to get an event. The other tracks will follow suit and return to the fold if they can get a nitro jam. I wonder if Flying H will throw their hat into the ring?

at 1:05:20, the guy says people will save on parts lol. While it might not take sub 3s @ 300 or better to be competitive, thats what a lot of people are going to shoot for, and eventually, belts and blowers will fly...

It seems like it's getting too late to put together a Nitro Jam series for 2025. Maybe they should give themselves some time to prepare for 26.
