There is one on Amazon (used paperback?) for $55.00, also 1 on eBay, and a few other sites, just google it that's what I did.

Yup, saw that but not wanting to pay $55 or $90 for a used book that retailed for $30 new. Most sites I saw them listed on also stated they were sold out.
