Boil honey in small saucepan. Once boiled, proof eggs (add a little hot honey to them as you beat.) Then beat the eggs into the honey.
Add butter while stirring, add vanilla, nutmeg and pecans.
Pour into pie crust, slide into the oven & set the time for 25 minutes.
Get another glass of wine or another beer, drink half. Clean up your mess. Drink the other half.
Check the pie with a pick when the time goes. Pull out to cool on a rack when the pick comes out clean.
Get another drink.
Serve anytime after it won't burn the skin of your mouth. Ice cream is optional.
