You mean how to make a screw blown alcohol engine run 8's? Run diesel! Actually the heads on that engine are custom made so it can have high enough compression to be able to run diesel ( in the 18.0:1 to 21.0:1 compression ratio range) so it can make enough heat to light diesel.
