help needed in setting up mail on computer.....plz (1 Viewer)

We switched over from AOL to Cox high speed internet. The installer set us up thinking we wanted to stay with AOL! I would like to set up mail now since we cant click a link and send email. Is this easy to do? Or am I going to have to call COX to get it set up, anyone know? Id like to set my computer up so that it uses myhotmail account as its default if possible, thank you in advance if anyone has the time to explain this. Suzanne
