I will admit, I thought there was no way Capps was going to take out Beckman in the 2nd round yesterday with Beckman badly needing the 20 points. It was nice to see a straight up close race with so much on the line when it could have been real easy to have Ron's car smoke the tires. The final race of the year should be pretty intense with less than 2 rounds separating the 2 teams.

I also liked that Del acknowledged that they were straight up on that one. Great racing this year, that was a tie and Capps pulled it out on the starting line.

even tho' Shumacher has demonstrated, straight up racing amongst his cars in the past, ya don't go in the tank with your biggest sponsor vs. an un sponsored teammate, championship or not!

What about the fact that technically Capps was still a contender for the title. Bit of a long shot but alive nonetheless.

Not bad, they got 4 out of 23 so far. Can Hight crack the top 5 in points and break up the Del/DSR stranglehold on the top 5? They have to go 3 rounds further than Hagan. Pretty bad year for JFR by their own standards, I actually didn't mind seeing them win yesterday as I feel bad for them.
