I was staying at Adams Mark in Indy for the '05 US Nationals and was at the bar Sunday Night watching the race on ESPN2.

The Grump cruised up to the bar and grabbed a seat right beside me and started shooting the breeze.

He was a real nice guy from my 10 minute experience with him.

I wouldn't call him Grumpy at all... but then again.. I have never worked or raced with him!!
