Thank you for putting your life on the line, so that others may live free.

Thank you for accepting the call to duty, to protect our way of life.

Thank you for being you, for without you there would not be any USA or our way of life.

Thank our dear Lord for protecting you to hear the thank yous of today.

Please go out of your way today - find a Vet and shake his/her hand, buy them lunch or dinner.

In meetings in Houston yesterday my company President honored all us Vets and believe me all I could think of was the young men and women in harms way both here in the US and overseas !

I feel for them because history always repeats itself and they are getting nearly the same treatment us Vietnam era Veterans received 40 years ago.

Thank goodness so many now recognise B.S. by the press as what it is !
Mainstream America knows the heroes are not the press !
