Just received this today:

Should make traffic in and out much better than last year.

Are you kidding me? They are going to fill the back parking lot first? So, if you get there early you've got a 1/2 mile walk to the front gate. If you get there late you get to park near the main entance. I think they have it backwards.

Lets give them a chance and see how it goes. That little walk, will get you warmed up for all the walking in the pits, you'll do later.

If you get there early you should get the best parking spot available.... I'm bringing my own food tomorrow and don't think it's fair that I have a spot farther from the gate than someone who shows up later... I had a nasty hot dog and a tiny fry today for the sum of $8.00... My 4 year old wouldn't finish the fries!!! Any way I think Friday Q2 is gonna be fast!!!!!

Crowd was big and traffic was well handled. Looks like they figured it out.

They ditched the "fill the back parking lot first" plan. Apparantly that was what the Chief of Police had wanted, but was overuled by NHRA and New England Dragway management. Early arrivals parked closest to the front gate.
