NHRA Norwalk, elimination RT stats for the Pro classes - I note 5(!) holeshot wins in Pro Stock Car, 2 by Aaron Stanfield. One HS in Nitro Funny car, and one HS in Pro Stock Motorcycle.

An important note: The median table is based on all the rounds that a driver made in eliminations. IMO, it's worth taking a look at the last column in that table, "rounds". Note Stanfield in Pro Stock Car and Antron Brown in Top Fuel Dragster.

Except for Stanfield it seems the middle reaction times went all four rounds. The super fast were flukes and the slow ones were well just slow. Also seasoned guys with confidence in their car were more relaxed on the tree and the guys that had slower rides had to step it up but did not have the needed performance in the end.
