I do incremental and interval ET and speed stats mostly for NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle. But as the format is the same for all 1320' classes, Pro Stock can tag along. Last fall, I revamped the code to also do 1000' so FC and TF are in as well.
Part of that is a summary on Sunday RTs. Below are those stats from Gainesville. The table headings and color codes should be self explanatory. The "name & number" bar down to the right shows holeshots.
- An important note: The median table out to the right is based on all the rounds that a driver made in eliminations. IMO, it's worth taking a look at the last column in that table, "rounds". Case in point is PSM where John Hall did all 4 rounds and ended up with a mindblowing RT median of 0.004 seconds. I do not think that has ever happened in a NHRA pro class before and I'm not sure it will happen again. We'll see.
Are these and other NHRA pro class stats of interest? I have them all. Comments and questions are welcome.
