If you could only go to one, what is better Lake Havasu, or Firebird ?
Perhaps Allen will chime in.....

We haven't run at Lake Havasu in a couple of years, the races are over at the Blue Water Casino in Parker and Wild Horse Pass isn't hosting the season opener this year so there's no race in April. (The season opener will be at Lake Ming in Bakersfield.) However, we will host the World Finals at WHP in November as usual. The series is in kind of a melt down right now and I'm not sure what's going to happen, we found out just a couple of days ago that they cancelled Marble Falls Lakefest this year since they couldn't come to terms with the Chamber of Commerce.

Firebird it's hard to beat a purpose built boat racing facility compared to a lake or river.

Phoenix is good, close to the action, covered grandstands, easy pit access. Wheatland is also good. as are others.
I'm partial to Phoenix because it's home.

I wouldn't count on it, I think for all intents and purposes you're going to see the last LODBRS race at WHP in November, the rest of the series is still up in the air for 2019 unless someone comes up with a big chunk of money and I'm not sure I see that happening. Tommy Thompson already picked up the SDBA so I don't see him putting any more out than he already has.
