snowbirds are this weekend. a who's who of the PM world in attendance.
how low will the bump be? 3.650? ...... can steve king make a run at defending his title?
last year kye kelly shocked everyone with his win at snowbirds. who will be the new kid on the block to break into this field? go rounds?
.....wasn't sure where to post this thread, so went with NHRA, seeing as how most of the nhra PM's will be running this series.

Have not looked at the weather, but there are night sessions, I think the bump is going to be more 3.62/3.63; am assuming it will be at least 60 competing?

If you have a FloRacing (or FloSports) subscription you can livestream it. I don't think they do monthly, I just suck it up and buy the annual for this series and PDRA, and any other rando drag racing that might intrigue me.

good call billy, the bump is 3.657 after Q1. there is a live feed on utube right now. there was a double crash,
just getting Q2 finished, three cars left ....... not sure what bump is, but they said 10 cars in the 5's, #1 is jason harris @ 3.560.
kye kelley #2 @ 3.575

the bump wil be 3.61 or 3.60 by tomorrow PM. I think it will be 3.54 for low qualifier.
Could see 3.53 or better if cool enough. Steve King and Jimmy Taylor both ran that at Yellow Bullett a month or so ago.

keith haney is on the Q sheet in 64th spot after Q2. he is the guy spearheading the kb/titan expansion into PM.
not sure if this event is tied to that effort already or not ...... lots of big names not in the 32 car field. Q3 this morning will be intense.

the youtube stream FLO put up this morning showing about 1/2 of Q3; when there was downtime, they had a drone up giving killer
aerial footage of the venue, and looking east you can see the encroaching development, complete with a privacy/noise wall, and also noticed
the strawberry field off end of track now has rectangular run-off area sans strawberries. i think that's new this year. if you were off the track, you
were in the berries.
