A friend of mine was telling me that valley fever cases are expected to sky rocket.

If any of you remember about a month ago in Phoenix, we had a big dust storm. It made all the headlines, and yes people are saying we will see an increase in Valley Fever. Many old timers say your body builds an immunity to the sickness. I know I have had more sinus infections since moving to Phoenix from Ohio.

A good diet and exercise along with vitamins and other supplements like Garlic tablets and Ecanetia (sp) helps supress the symptoms. I talked to Valerie and Dale about this when I visit them at the hostpital. You can bet that they will be taking steps to boost the amune system from now on.

We're heading to Bakersfield next weekend for the ANRA race and our group is not only preparing the cars, but our bodies too.
