hell he needed the sand in the body work to make weight. that is what a lot
of old day racers did. 5 pounds off the bike before the run is 2 to 3 hundreds faster down the track. hell if krawick would have not red lit steve would had to use the nitous button to win the race. hell steves been very fast in the back half numbers do not lie. i hate a cheater.

WOW.. If V&H power, a smart crew chief and a great rider is cheating then we have alot of them in all classes. I guess Steve's winning to much for some people.....

I'm not a big fan of the PSM class, but it is extremely enjoyable to see Steve win - his happiness and excitement are, as has been pointed out elsewhere in this thread, infectious.

Oh, and he proved to be a real class act when he won Indy the first time - he handled that entire fiasco in a calm, cool, collected and professional manner. How can you NOT like the guy?

Like I said, not a big fan of the class, but if I had to pick one guy to root for, it'd be Steve Johnson.
