I have to say.....Finally. John Montecalvo has stuck it out and never gave up and he finally did it. Congrats to the whole team for making the run at the 2009 Championship a successful one.

John has been at this for a long time and deserves to hold the title of World Champion. It also looks as though IHRA and the Mountain Motor Pro Stock Assoc. has come to an agreement to have 16 car qualified fields run in their new 2 day format for 2010. John can now defend his title.

Congrats to all involved on a job well done....enjoy the victory!!!!!!!!
