Chicken Divan

brown chicken in olive oil in a skillet, season with salt & pepper, remove and set aside
place broccolli in skillet with an inch of water and cook, not all the way, it needs to be green!!! or you can microwave the damn broccolli!
mix cream of mushroom soup and Miracle Whip together in a bowl
open can of Cheddar Cheese soup -mix with 1 can of milk

start layering
sprinkle some stuffing mix on bottom layer
layer 1/2 of chicken
layer 1/2 of broccolli
sprinkle cheddar cheese
spoon on cream of mushroom/Miracle Whip mixture
layer of stuffing
spoon on Cheddar Cheese soup
layer remainder of chicken
spoon on cream of mushroom/Miracle Whip mixture
layer remainder of broccolli
sprinkle cheddar cheese
spoon on Cheddar Cheese soup
layer of stuffing

bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until bubbling around the edges. (like a lasagne)
