They win because they are that good.
No, they win because they've been handed advantage after advantage to over the past several years to make them competitive. If the NHRA didn't allow them to run trick billet engines that are not even remotely close to production engines, big displacement advantages, huge ram-air scoops, etc, they'd have their butts handed to them at every race if they even managed to qualify.

Buell XB12's come from the factory with scoops...........

Allowing the V Twins saved the class......

Suzuki and Kawasaki are allowed aftermarket engines just like the V Twins, Suzuki and Schumacher are the only one's to step up and produce one.

And yes, Vance & Hines wins races and championships because they know what they're doing. Byron is the smartest man in the class.

Yes, they come with scoops, just not ones the size of mailboxes that the NHRA lets them run!

PSM scoops:

Notice any difference? Stock Buells' have one scoop that's not very big. The PSM Buell's have 2 giant scoops. The Suzuki PSM's had to run stock-sized upper fairings and ram air ducts. They were not allowed to have scoops the size of mailboxes like the Buell's.

Ok Brent FYI, the Buell air scoops are way bigger. NEWS FLASH the Buells have aftermarket trick billet cases also. So, why did Vance & Hines win so many championships with the Suzuki platform? Dont hate! Get the facts straight. Vance & Hines are the smartest guys in the game, corporate wise and track wise. HOLLA!

Andrew and Eddie are not the best riders in the class.... They are very good but the best pure riders in the class are Chip Ellis and Ryan Schnitz.

Good back half numbers mean good horsepower, the Vance & Hines bikes have alot of power.

The scoops on the Buell are actually to big..... Matt Smith tried to get them changed but NHRA said no.

So tell me what takes more skill the front half or the back half? Reaction time included in front half.

Both take skills......

Front half you have to be smooth on the motorcycle and shift on time.

Back half you need to stay tucked so your body doesn't scrub off ET.

As far as reaction time.... no skills.... just need to be real good at guessing with the LED lights....

So being real good at guessing with the LED lights is not a skill in itself it is just pure luck. Is that what you are trying to say?

here is a FACT the best riders in the business are the ones that are running for a championship, i love Chip Ellis and know that he will take the Busa places; but good riders win championships and right now there are only two for that.........

News flash, V&H won championships with the Suzuki's before the Hardley's and Buell's were handed so many advantages. I believe the last championship V&H won with a Suzuki was with Matt riding several years ago. There hasn't been a V&H Suzuki engine perform anywhere close to that of their Harley engines, has there? Again, if the V-twin turds hadn't been given several advantages over the past few years they still wouldn't be winning races or even qualifying for the field.

2003 Geno Scali won the Championship with Vance & Hines engines.......

Karen Stoffer has ran 6.90 with her Vance & Hines engine......

If Vance & Hines had a Suzuki runing out of their camp.... It would be just as fast as their Harley.....

And I can't wait to see Chip out there with that new Suzuki engine, it should be fast. With Chip on that motorcycle he will get the performance out of it.
