You aren't kidding John. KCIR was TERRIBLE. I haven't been there in years though. I remember the track being in worse shape than the surface of the moon.

LOL. The only track I've ever been on that was worse than KCIR was Alamo Dragway in San Antonio. That place was downright scary!

Sorry for your experience Tom! I can't imagine how bad San Antonio must be...yikes! The last event I took a car to an event at KCIR was a Mopar race/show/swap a few years back. It was soooo dusty I wouldn't open my door to drive the car to it's specific show location. I just left it parked, skipped the show and judging and just hit the beer! I'm an old farm boy, and that place was as dusty as a wheat field in August...in a drought year!
