saw jet in sky watching finals yesterday. cessna 750 citation+. it was headed brainerd regional (BRD)to st. petersburg, fl. (PIE)
tail number N427TF. owned by G3 aviation out of RI. no clue who it might have been, or even if race related.
the tail number made me try to investigate. it had been in chicago just before brainerd regional.

Tasca has a couple of dealerships on the west side of Florida, and the plane being registered in RI does lead to one possibility.

Blake has been totally silent on Facebook this year, the opposite of last year. And he hasn’t won a round yet this year. He usually seems to bounce back from setbacks.

evidently hunter had a prior commitment, otherwise would have been at BIR. i wonder if blake was scheduled to

Ida just posted some videos & pictures taking some test on “Flyin” Ryan’s PS motorcycle and also Richard Gadson helping. She said her main goal, is to stay in TF. But is keeping all options open to make sure she can just stay on the track. Earlier this year, she was taking some stabs; in a PM.

while at race, definitely took note of drone/s in use all weekend.
have been catching up on recorded FS1 qualifying and eliminations shows from BIR.
lots of drone video, during racing, and breaking into and out of commercials.
IMO it adds a lot to the broadcast. whoever is running it is doing a great job.
look forward to more of it on upcoming nat. event broadcasts.

Jennifer Wiens was driving the car Mitch Kalitta had run.
There were a LOT of cars testing. It was non stop from 9:00am 'till I left about 3:30ish, and there were still cars in the lanes.
Jennifer Weins. They (her and her husband Ted) run TD and SC a lot on the West Coast. She has helped Cameron Ferre quite a bit over the past few years.
Interesting - are they all Fords or does he have other manufacturers?
