One of my favorite pairings...Fedderly and McCulloch...Can't remember what race, either Cajuns or Southern Nats, but Ace got up on two wheels (not the rear two) waaaaaay up. Was as exciting a pass as any.

87 Southerns, had it way crossed up. Like, if the car didn't have headers it would have turned over type of crossed up. I'm pretty sure he rubbed on Jim Head a little bit in the other lane.

Not like the 84 Cajuns where he rubbed John Collins a little harder. :eek:
 
I always loved hearing Bernie do interviews when it was him and McCulloch. His deep voice and slow, deliberate words were always fun to listen to. A true drag racing icon...
