This IHRA thingie is getting more interesting by the day!
Starting to wonder if there might be more to the Maple Grove story than weather LOL!

NHRA canceled/rescheduled the Cecil County Divisional and Sportsnationals, as well as the Bowling Green D3 race that was supposed to be this weekend before IHRA announced they were canceling the Maple Grove race. Is there more to that story than the weather? When is the last time NHRA canceled two events in one week?

You guys really need to pull your heads out of NHRA's ass.

Has the NHRA ever had a management shakeup in its 75 years?

NHRA is a charitable organization the leadership takes their cut off the top and throws the scraps to the teams as "prize money" or maybe a better example is the government model.

Sources say a major staff shakeup has hit Darana Raceway Hebron (National Trail Raceway), as General Manager Derrick Beach and two additional office staff members have reportedly resigned effective immediately.

They signed a deal with CBS Sports Network to broadcast 26 1 hour shows starting the Weekend.

Looking at my cable guide, they have a 3 hour show from 4:30-730pm ET Saturday for the first leg of the triple crown. Obviously that isn’t happening but pretty cool they had a three hour window Saturday. I would still watch the YouTube feed over the cable feed because you see all the racing and no commercials. It would be interesting to see if they can stay on a tighter schedule with a live TV window

I hope they get a better announcing team. TJ and Stout are bad at best.

From what I read the full live broadcast will still be on Speed Sport 1 and Youtube but a 1 hour summerized show will be on CBS Sports Network.
