At PRI, she seemed to be the voice of the IHRA. All these firings seem to take most of them by surprise. Her husband worked for them as well and he quit mid shift after she was fired.

The guy replacing her resigned from IHRA less than two months ago. I’m guessing it it was a power struggle between the two and after he left, Daryl found out who he needed more.

Anyone in business who continually fires the people they hire is the problem. They either make poor hiring decisions, they have unrealistic expectations, or they want a staff of yes-men. My bet is a combination of all three.

Exactly! And the attached shows employee reviews for Darana Hybrid are not exactly stellar - altho some of the reviews are a bit dated.
