Fortunetley the radio news reports I have heard about this all referred to it as an Illegal street race.

sorry, I digress...
first three car drag race I've ever heard of... would have made more sense if they called it a 'stock car race' or a 'sports car race'

KTLA should be channel 5, KTTV is channel 11 and the Fox affiliate for the LA area. KCOP was channel 13
